Every day we offer a lunch special featuring a different menu item of our chef’s choosing. Dinner specials are also available every evening featuring items like Finger Steaks, Chef Terry’s Clam Chowder (available only on Fridays), and house soups and salads, all made from scratch by our experienced culinary staff.

Monday Night Tacos
Mondays signal the start of a new week—but they’re also your chance to sneak in tacos a day early. Why wait until Tuesday when Sam’s Place is already serving up a mouthwatering selection of beef, pork, and fish tacos every Monday night? Don’t miss our signature double-decker tacos, a classic favorite that’s sure to satisfy.
Tacos are served from 5 p.m. until closing.


Thursday Night Chef’s Special
Our head chef takes the spotlight on Thursdays with a weekly gourmet dinner special featuring crowd-pleasers like Chicken carbonara, Fresh Grilled Salmon, Black & Blue Mac & Cheese, and many more. Grab a bottle from our wine cellar to make your meal even better. Chef’s Special runs Thursdays from 5 PM to close.
Friday Night Prime Rib
Sam’s Place has some of the best, slow roasted and smoked prime rib in Eugene. It pairs well with a nice red wine from our selection of fine local wines, or with your favorite cocktail. Dinner starts at 5 p.m. and is available only while ingredients last, so get it while it’s hot because this smoking meal goes fast.

Monthly Events

Cigar Club
The last Wednesday of every month we host a Cigar Club gathering with a selection of 10-12 premium cigars, high-end scotch or bourbon, and a dinner special featuring freshly smoked meat from our commercial smoker. Our humidor holds 150 fronts, one of the largest selections you’ll find outside of a cigar store, and this is an event you won’t want to miss. Enjoy your meal and your cigar among friends on our heated patio.
The club meeting starts at 5:30 p.m.
Jambalaya Dinner
Join us every first Saturday of the month for a signature Jambalaya crafted by our Head Chef — a bold celebration of Louisiana flavor and slow-simmered tradition
